"Absolutely horrible service. I called on 3 separate occasions. I was put on hold all three times. The first two times, I was asked if I could be called back later, but they never called me back. The third time I was asked if we could have a scheduled call to go over my policy, which I accepted for the following day.
They (as expected) did not call me.

Get someone else because it is literally impossible to get into contact with this agent."
