"I am very disappointed with for their poor service and lack of communication. I had an brakes down on [06/15/2023] and I called them to request a towing service. They told me that they would send someone as soon as possible, but I have been waiting for [number of hours] hours and no one has arrived. I have tried to contact them several times, but they either don’t answer or give me vague excuses. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I pay a lot of money for my car insurance, and I expect to receive the assistance that I need in case of an emergency. I demand an explanation and a compensation for this inconvenience."
