Absolutely horrible service. I called on 3 separate occasions. I was put on hold all three times. The first two times, I was asked if I could be called back later, but they never called me back. The third time I was asked if we could have a scheduled call to go over my policy, which I accepted for the following day. They (as expected) did not call me. Get someone else because it is literally impossible to get into contact with this agent.

I usually don't leave a review comment (as I'm lazy), but Art is such a good agent and he is well deserved for a good review!!! He's very patient with all my questions, very responsive and transparent. I'm grateful that I connected with him and got my auto insurance here.

I went on-line to seek cheaper insurance and Art got back to me within minutes. He is very helpful and professional and saved me over $46 a month with a new insurance bundle for my car and renter's insurance. I am so glad to have found him!
